Return/Refund Policy

If you purchase a Mad Gab's product and are unsatisfied, we want to know! We'll gladly replace the product or refund your money, whichever you prefer. Please send back the product (to the address below), and include a receipt if available. Include your contact information so we can send new product to you. It is our goal to make sure you are happy!

Cancellation Policy

If you placed an order online or by phone and would like to cancel, please call Mad Gab's within 24 hours of placing your order at 800.547.5823 between the hours of 9-5 EST to speak with a representative. If you leave a message, do not consider your order canceled until you speak with a human and have been told your refund was processed and order was cancelled.
