Always giving back: Zoe Paints went to market & presenting to a crowd

Posted by Gabrielle Melchionda on

Earlier this month we shared the story of Zoé, a young businesswoman and bona fide Gabgirl who has benefited from developing a mentorship with Gab. Zoé developed Zoé Paints, a greeting card company featuring her watercolor painting of fruit and trees (this year!). Zoé donates 50% of her profits to local non-profits.  We are so proud to watch her continue her business in 2023!

Check out our Gabgirl’s entrepreneur middle schooler, Zoé selling her hand painted cards at The Yarmouth Farmer’s Market. The new cards joining the Zoé Paints family are tree-themed, and Zoé donated 50% of all proceeds to The Arbor Day Foundation.

The month of May has been loaded with empowering youth, just how we like it! Gab was the featured Keynote speaker (she prefers Storyteller) at Harrison Middle School's career day.
With Gab’s magnetic personality she captivated the audience. Gab has shared the Mad Gabs story countless times, and always wants kiddos to know that paths are unique and the journey is like a blank canvas. Gab's figures if her unlikely story inspires at least one young mind, then mission accomplished! The kids were engaged in her story-especially the part about fried chicken!
